MSN Launches iPad App

MSN has launched a free iPad app, enabling one-click access to Hotmail and Messenger, and incorporating Bing search. The app also offers content divided into five channels – News, Sport, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Cars. 

MSN’s executive producer Peter Clifton says: “We want to bring our audience closer to the people and information that matters most to them, by providing the content they want, whenever they want it, and on the device they choose. In terms of reach, MSN is one of the most influential sites in the UK and this new app will give brands another way to reach our extensive audience whilst they are on the move. It’s becoming increasingly important for advertisers to tell their stories across a wide range of platforms in order to reach the right people at the right time.”
