Mulberry Selects hybris Multichannel Suite

British fashion brand Mulberry has selected three core elements of the hybris Multichannel Suite – hybris B2C Commerce, hybris Mobile, and hybris Web Content Management – to underpin its eCommerce and international expansion plans.

Mulberry has, to date, been using a bespoke software solution to support online sales. With the rapid expansion of its brand across the globe, however, Mulberry was keen to select a new multichannel platform that would be fully scalable, and allow it to maximize revenues and support new business opportunities. The company carried out an extensive review of a range of commerce platforms over the last year, before selecting hybris.

“We were looking for a platform that could offer us scalability and flexibility, coupled with a strong multichannel offer, best-in-class functionality and a clear roadmap of platform innovation,” says Charlotte O’Sullivan, head of online at Mulberry.

The hybris Mobile component enables eCommerce retailers to create mobile online experiences for customers, from building mobile-friendly websites to mobile apps. The Web Content Management module will enable Mulberry to present its brand consistently and efficiently administer and publish content across all its channels.

“We have worked with many leading brands, and are delighted to have Mulberry join our customer community,” says hybris CEO, Ariel Lüdi. “We are very pleased that they have selected three of our core solutions to help them form a strong, stable and highly creative cornerstone to their rapidly-expanding multichannel operation.”
