Mobile TV company MobiWorld Media has launched the SPB TV Solution for Three Screens – enabling mobile operators and TV service providers to deliver HD television to subscribers across mobile phones, tablets, PCs, set-top boxes and smart TVs.

The key element of the solution – SPB TV Media Platform – incorporates professional encoding and streaming servers and is capable of processing video formats from various IP and satellite inputs. The platform supports adaptive streaming technologies including Apple HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) and Microsoft Smooth Streaming, and encodes video according to device.
