NatWest Business launches TikTok channel with ‘Business Builder’ campaign

NatWest Business has launched its first campaign via TikTok aimed at entrepreneurs. Four business owners are at the heart of the campaign and demonstrate NatWest’s Business Builder online toolkit on the platform.

The toolkit has been created in response to the growing number of people starting a business. Free of charge and not requiring users to be NatWest customers, it offers digital and event-based learning, as well as an opportunity for users to join a community. Each module covers a range of topics including Climate and Sustainability, Business Strategy & Risk Management and Mindset.

Margaret Jobling, Chief Marketing Officer at NatWest said: “Britain is full of inspiring self-starters and entrepreneurs trying to take their businesses to the next level. We want to empower them on their journeys as well as offer support when times are tough. Reaching people via a modern video platform seemed appropriate, partly to reach younger audiences but also to show what our Business Builder online toolkit can do in the most accessible way possible.”

The builder is the latest work in a partnership between NatWest and VaynerMedia London, following the launch of The Business Show podcast earlier this year and the UK’s first carbon neutral podcast, Green Business Builders, in 2021.
