NBC News becomes the latest to hop aboard the streaming news service train

NBC News has joined the digital streaming service party with the launch of its own product, which runs for eight hours a day on weekdays.
NBC News Now features eight hours of continuous daily programming from 3pm to 11pm ET Monday through Friday. It offers original news content and other journalistic reporting from across NBC News and addition NBC Universal partners. Content includes hourly live updates called ‘Briefly’s’, breaking news reporting, features, interviews, and behind-the scenes looks at some of the stories from around the world.
“There’s nothing more important to the future of NBC News than bringing our content to new audiences, and NBC News Now is an important piece of that strategy,” said Noah Oppenheim, president of NBC News. 
NBC News Now, which is free to access and is ad-supported, is sponsored by Citi. The service is available via the NBC News app on smartphone or OTT service by selecting ‘NBC News Now’ or by visiting NBCNews.com/now.
