Commercial property platform anyspacedirect.co.uk has launched an iPhone app that enables small and medium-sized businesses to browse available commercial properties across the UK.
The app developed by digital agency Crafted Media, enables users to browse and enquire about suitable commercial properties, ranging from offices, studios and workshops, to light industrial premises. Search functionality displays properties surrounding the user’s current location, or via an input form based on address and postcode.
Once a property has been selected, users have access to a substantial amount of data, including price breakdown; sizes available; image gallery; detailed descriptions on the property’s history and current functionality; and an up-to-date map, with the property’s location pinpointed. All properties can be saved for reference at a later date, and individual properties can be emailed to colleagues and management at the touch of a button. Users can drill down further and view detailed information on individual units at available properties, enabling them to more accurately assess a property’s suitability at this initial stage. 
Once a property has been selected, the application allows enquiries to be sent to space providers, who respond directly. Enquiries can be sent via the integrated form or by phone; numbers appear beside available properties.
