Netsize has unveiled announced Version 2 of the Netsize mPlug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Adding SMS as a standard communications channel in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Netsize mPlug-in enables Dynamics CRM users to leverage the mobile channel to increase business process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Netsize mPlug-in for Dynamics CRM features include quick SMS messaging, SMS campaigns, SMS workflows and dashboard statistics. All features are fully integrated in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user interface.

Quick messaging enables Dynamics CRM users to reach customers, business contacts and employees globally. Messages can be personalized with dynamic text fields and customized sender address. mPlug-in enables users to set-up, schedule and execute large volume SMS marketing campaigns, to target Dynamics CRM contacts and leads. Contact and lead attributes can be used to tailor and personalize the message contents. mPlug-in checks the validity of each recipient’s mobile number and users can test campaigns prior to their launch.

SMS workflow functionality enables mPlug-in users to create actions that send an SMS message triggered by predefined events. Like Quick messages and Campaigns, mPlug-in SMS workflow actions can use Dynamics record attributes to adapt message contents. mPlug-in also has an extensive statistics dashboard with delivery reports on sent messages and campaigns. The data can be exported for use in other programs.

Netsize mPlug-in is an integral part of the Netsize Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) portal, which provides Netsize customers and resellers with a single point of access to all Netsize products and services, customers account data, reporting and management tools. mPlug-in for Dynamics CRM is available via the Netsize website.
