NetSuite Acquires Venda to Boost Omnichannel eCommerce Abilities

netsuite vendaCloud-based financial and omnichannel software provider NetSuite has acquired eCommerce solutions firm Venda for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition of the London-based Venda supports NetSuites expansion into the European market. Vendas platform already serves brands such as Tesco F&F Clothing, boohoo.com, Laura Ashley, TK Maxx and Arsenal Football Club. NetSuite hopes that by combining capabilities with Venda, it can deliver unprecedented capabilities to help businesses provide seamless, omnichannel commerce experiences.
