Neverland names Josh Harris as CEO

Creative agency Neverland has announced the promotion of Managing Director Josh Harris to the newly established position of CEO.

In this role, Harris will prioritise creative innovation, client engagement, and team development to drive the agency’s growth and evolution.

As CEO, he will continue to lead business growth while placing significant emphasis on attracting a more diverse range of talent to both the agency and the wider industry.

He will collaborate closely with co-founders Jon Forsyth and Simon Massey to enhance Neverland’s current capabilities, ensuring added client value and supporting the agency’s expansion through its recently launched franchise model, Imagine Neverland.

He previously served as Neverland’s Head of Client Service for one year before taking on the role of Managing Director for the past two years.

During this time, he has been instrumental in driving the agency’s growth and strengthening client relationships with key accounts such as Rightmove, Entain, Kopparberg, Innocent, Age UK, Which?, and the newly acquired Parkdean Resorts.

Prior to joining Neverland, Harris held significant roles including Managing Partner for British Airways at Ogilvy and Partner for Amazon at Joint.
