Nimbletank and Fortius Clinic introduce app to improve patient experience

Fortius Clinic, a UK private orthopaedic and sports injury group, has teamed up with mobile marketing agency Nimbletank to launch a patient app in a bid to ‘streamline the patient experience’.

The Fortius Patient app, exclusively on iOS, enables Fortius patients to book appointments, upload and view documents, make payments to the clinic, and check payment history.

“Re-imagining the patient experience in a world awash with data is a must. We have a responsibility to use the data we collect for the benefit of our patients – to make their lives better, not ours,” said Johnny McAvoy, head of digital at Fortius Clinic.

“Through the project they [Nimbletank] worked collaboratively with our internal team, playing to the respective strengths in the partnership to create a solution that is simple, innovative, and effective.”
