One of the all-time great children’s characters, Noddy, is making his mobile debut with an app for iOS and Android. Noddy in Toyland features a series of five mini-games, designed to entertain and educate young users aged three to seven. The games include the TV show’s theme music and other sound effects, as well as selected video excerpts related to the games.
The app, created by Avanquest Software, features Noddy and friends, including Bumpy, The Skittles and Mr Plod, in a series of games that help children practice concentration, improve reaction skills and memory, as well as develop reasoning and observation skills. 
Noddy in Toyland is available from the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and Android Market for Android devices. The app costs £1.79 for smartphones and £2.99 for tablets.
