The Benche, a community of finance professionals supported by Nordic financial group SEB, has launched Android and iOS apps. 

The apps allow members of The Benche to access the online platform from their mobile phone. Users are able to start threads, make posts, publish blogs, send direct messages to other members, see their photo album and add new pictures through the app.

Hakan Aldrin, director of The Benche, says: “More and more people are using smartphones to access and share information remotely. Now members of The Benche can join conversations in the community away from their computers and keep themselves updated with latest news and topics.”

The Benche apps are free, and are available from the Android Market and the Apple App Store. 

SEB says it will continue to develop the apps beyond these first versions, and that members of The Benche can contribute ideas for their development by taking part in an online discussion on The Benche to recommend improvements and new ideas.
