Sunderland-based estate agent Property Directions is offering property seekers the opportunity to download photographs and particulars of properties for sale instantly onto their mobile phones at any time of the night or day.
Anyone interested in a Property Directions property can text in the unique reference number displayed on each of the companys sale boards to a shortcode, 62600, to have the property details, including pictures, floor plans and the price, sent to their mobile. The service is being provided by mobile service provider MakeMyShow, which already provides a similar service for Wandsworth estate agent Realm Estates.
“We want to offer property seekers access to our property details, wherever they are, 24/7 says Property Directions Managing Director, Richard Harris. People want to be able to access information on the move, when they see the boards or our other advertising, rather than remembering the details to access later.  We are simply responding to a market need.”
Harris says the company selected MakeMyShow to deliver the service because the company delivers the content in a way which is easy to read, and also because it is able to retrieve the information in real-time, so the messages are always up-to-date.
