O2 UK is launching a crowdsourcing campaign, inviting its customers to suggest deals it should try to secure for its O2 Priority Moments initiative. Using its social media platforms, O2 will be inviting shoppers across the UK to tell them which brands they would most like to receive experiences and money-saving offers from.
Since it launched in July 2011, Priority Moments has provided O2 customers with access to over 3,400 offers from more than 300 brands across the UK, including Ocado, HMV, Odeon, BHS, Toni & Guy and Accessorize.
To suggest a brand, customers are invited to tweet the name of the brand and/or deal they’d like to see using #o2prioritymoments, or to write their suggestions on the O2 Facebook page.
Priority Moments is available as a free iPhone and Android app, and can also be accessed via a mobile site. Customers simply show the offer on the screen of their handset in order to redeem it. O2 customers can Text Moments to 2020 to get started.
