OMTP Launches $5,000 BONDI Widget Competition

The OMTP (Open Mobile Terminal Platform) has las launched its BONDI widget competition, with a top prize of $5,000 (3,000) donated by Qualcomm.The competition offers widget developers the chance to have their applications demoed and promoted at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next month.
To enter, developers need to create a widget using the tools, tutorials and examples on the BONDI website and upload it to the Competition widget gallery. A panel of judges from across the industry will meet in the week before Mobile World Congress to choose the best widgets. The closing date for entries is 8 February.
