OnePoint Surveys Rebrands

Mobile research firm OnePoint Surveys has changed its company name to OnePoint Global, effective 9 June, 2011. The company says it is executing its next generation business strategy dedicated to making mobile interaction easy and cost-effective for any sized business across the globe.

“We believe the name OnePoint Global allows us to better position ourselves and represent the business as we introduce new, innovative multichannel mobile capabilities, products and services that engage audiences across any handset, country and language,” says CEO Neil Jessop. “Upon founding the company, our goal was to make mobile interaction accessible, simple and affordable for all clients. We’ve helped lead the market from simple SMS surveys to more sophisticated smart mobile research that incorporates rich multimedia, enhanced survey logic and location-based technologies. We remain focused on our objectives, continuing to enable mobile interaction that’s simple, high-impact, engaging and wide-reaching.”

By integrating mobile into the marketing, communications and research mix, says OnePoint, companies can gain in-location, ‘in-the-moment’ insights from even the hardest-to-reach audiences. Companies who have gone down the app route can also benefit; the recently-launched OnePoint App Interface enables companies to seamlessly white-label and integrate survey capabilities into existing mobile apps without new programming, for use with current app users.

To encourage maximum engagement OnePoint offers a choice of mobile data collection channels, including SMS, mobile web, mobile appls, voice  and ‘choice’ that enables the participant to select their preferred channel for responding. Additionally, respondents can be incentivised with mobile rewards, including vouchers or even cash, directly to their mobile phone.

The company’s mobile engagement channels work on any handset, in any country and in any language. To date, OnePoint has completed over 20,000 projects in 74 countries with leading brands and research agencies. 80 per cent of the company’s surveys are completed in less than 45 minutes from issue.
