Orange and Spreadtrum Launch Low-cost Handsets in EU and Africa

Orange is working with Chinas Spreadtrum Communications to launch a range of low-cost mobile handsets in Europe and Africa.

The 2.5G-ready Alcatel One Touch 1060 will go on-sale immediately in France for just €19 with more to follow.
