Orange offers the UKs most reliable mobile broadband service. Thats the conclusion of a Dongle Tracker survey carried out by YouGov, which polled 4,944 adults online, of which 2,037 used mobile broadband by means of a dongle, modem stick, or datacard. Oranges mobile broadband sample was 187 customers.
Orange was ranked top in nine out of 15 categories, including upload speed, ease of use, getting connected, staying connected and reliability (day and evening).
