The delegates and speakers are beginning to file in, the smell of coffee and pastries is in the air – yes, it must be the 2012 Mobile Retail Summit at the Victoria Plaza, London.
As I type, the speakers in our first section, On Device, are running through stats and case studies in mCommerce, CRM, NFC and much more. The three other sections – Driving Footfall, In Store and The Future – will come later, and take retailers through the full range of ways in which they can take advantage of mobile phones.
