Over a Quarter of $1.7bn Thanksgiving Purchases on Mobile

$1.1bn (£731m) was spent online before 5pm in the US yesterday during Thanksgiving, up 22 per cent year-on-year, with the full days total predicted to exceed $1.7bn.
Thats according to an Adobe report, based on 100m visits to over 4,500 retail sites in the US.
Of those sales, 26 per cent ($283m) came from mobile – lower than Adobes prediction of 29 per cent, but still expected to rise in the full-day figures as mobile usage increased in the evening.
