Paddy Power and William Hill Triumph in Mobile Gaming & Gambling Awards

Paddy Power, William Hill and Rank Interactive were among the gaming & gambling operators recognised in the inaugural Mobile Gaming & Gambling Awards, which were presented tonight at an informal Awards Ceremony following the inaugural Mobile Gaming & Gambling Summit, organised by Mobile Marketing. 

Paddy Power took the award for Best Tablet App for its Roller Casino offering, beating off competition from social gambling startup Betfuze, and PKR 3D Poker. William Hill together with its mobile advertising partner Fetch, took the award for Best Mobile Advertising Campaign for its Cheltenham Festival Campaign, which aimed to target and acquire new Sportsbook app users, and encourage existing depositors to place bets throughout the festival via the Sportsbook app.

Probability and its mobile marketing partner Somo received an honourable mention for their second-screen acquisition campaign for the Lady Lucks mobile casino brand. Rank Interactive’s Mecca brand took the award for Best Smartphone App for its Mecca Bingo app. 

The Best App Marketing Campaign award went to app discoverability firm Fiksu for a campaign for social games developer, Yazino. The Best Mobile Site Award went to Locus Gaming for Jackgold.com, and Probability took the award for Best White-label Solution for its Probability Managed offering. 

The Awards were presented after a thought-provoking day of presentations and discussions at the Mobile Gaming & Gambling Summit, where companies presenting included Paddy Power, Betway, Plumbee, Smart Gaming Group, Metro Play and Twitter.
