Pandora Streams Two-Thirds of Ad Revenue from Mobile

Music streaming service Pandora has seen mobile advertising increase 86 per cent year-on-year, contributing $59.2m (£37.4m). Thats nearly two-thirds of its total $89.4m in advertising during the quarter, with mobile ad sales contributing $59.2m.
Mobile currently looks like the saving grace for the company, which has reported losses of $5.4m for Q2, 2012.
Its number of mobile listener hours grew 96 per cent year-over-year, and 70 percent of listening hours using the service are on mobile or other connected devices.
