Mobile POS company Payfirma has released its mPayment app for Android, enabling users with a Payfirma merchant account to accept all major credit cards – and VISA Debit – on Android smartphones and Tablets.
“We’ve been working around the clock to release Android support for our mobile payment suite,” says Michael Gokturk, founder of Payfirma. “All of our payment software is designed in collaboration with businesses – we build based on what their needs are. By focusing on speed, security and efficiency, our customers can accept payments on their phones with ease, and focus on making their businesses great.” 
The app, which was previously available on iOS and Blackberry, sers will be able to swipe a card, sign on the screen, and send their customers an online receipt complete with a map of the location of the purchase. Retailers will also have access to real-time sales stats that track daily, weekly, and month-to-date sales, as well as location tagging.
