PenPower has announced an update to its WorldCard Mobile and WorldCard Contacts iPhone apps for business card management. Both have been refreshed to support the iPhone OS 4 and its improved features.
The latest updates also include some new features to enhance the functionality of the apps to work independently. WorldCard Mobile now features automatic camera shake reduction and improved recognition ability, plus an e-Signature facility to copy an electronic signature and add it to your iPhone contact lists. It also offers improved optical character recognition to convert text in images to characters more accurately than in prevous versions.
WorldCard Contacts upgrades include support for iPhone 4; the ability to merge WorldCard Contacts with the iPhone contacts database; and multiple language support, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch. 
WorldCard Mobile stores business card information as contacts, without having to manually enter inputs from the business cards. WorldCard Contacts is an alternative to native iPhone contacts. Both apps are available from the Apple App Store, WorldCard Mobile for $5.99, (£3.99), WorldCard Contacts for $3.99.
