Pepsi Max has joined forces with O2-owned mobile marketing and insights provider Weve and creative ad tech platform Celtra to launch a UK mobile campaign using 360° immersive video.
Pepsi Max 'Volley 360' celebrates the brand's partnership with UEFA Champions League, and puts fans at the heart of the action, using 360° mobile video to deliver footage of a diverse mix of athletes hitting a series of spectacular volley shots into the back of the net.
“Mobile represents an unrivalled route to interact and engage with customers," said Tom Pearman, commercial director at Weve. "It is creating new ways to deliver exciting and engaging content to priority audiences, and our partnership with Celtra and Pepsi Max is a prime example of this.”
The campaign will run from 1 to 7 December on MPU (300x250) ad units in rich media, which will autoplay the gyro-enabled 360° video within the banner itself.
