Phonevalley Opens Up in Russia

Mobile marketing firm Phonevalley has announced the launch of its mobile marketing operations in Russia. With a strong presence in all key markets in Europe, and after opening three offices in the US at the beginning of July, Phonevalley is accelerating its international development with a base in the Russian region.
Headquartered in Moscow, Phonevalley will collaborate with all Publicis Groupes agencies in Russia. The agency says it plans to create mobile communication solutions for Publicis Groupes existing clients in Russia.
Phonevalley says its decision to extend its operations to Russia follows the dynamic development of the Russian advertising market, which is a consequence of the economical boom and growing consumerism in Russia.
With 80 million mobile subscribers and 14 million users of the mobile Internet every month, we believe the Russian mobile market is fully mature to broaden its communications channels to mobile, says Alexandre Mars, CEO of Phonevalley and Head of Mobile at Publicis. We are thrilled to launch operations in Russia and allow Russia-based brands to engage their consumers in a new, personalized and emotional manner.
Phonevalley provides a full range of mobile marketing services, from mobile media planning and buying, to mobile Internet sites, mobile applications, branded content & promotions, and strategic consultancy. The company is part of Publicis Groupe, the worlds fourth largest communications group.
