PubMatic Launches Cross-platform Video Ad Solution

PubMatic has launched a cross-platform solution for delivering targeted video ads in real time.

The platform enables advertisers to buy video inventory across desktop, the mobile web and smartphone and tablet apps.

“With new developments in emerging technologies like mobile and video for consumers in today’s media landscape, it’s important that we work alongside our publishers and brands to help them engage with this immersive content,” said Bob Walczak, GM of mobile & video at PubMatic.

Walczak told Mobile Marketing that the next stage, which will be achieved this year, is introducing the ability to link multiple devices to a common user and attribute what actions were taken on each device – e.g. track a final purchase made on a laptop which was driven by the user clicking an ad on their smartphone.
