Voice and text messaging broadcaster Relay Station will showcase its new text-to-voice messaging product at the Retail Business Show, which takes place at the National Hall, Olympia, London on 28 and 29 January.
The company says the solution, called RelayReact, will help retailers to better engage with their customers. It enables SMS replies from any marketing campaign to automatically trigger a follow-up voice message from a retailer's operations centre. The message also gives consumers the option to be transferred to a sales agent at the end of the voice message.
The marketing departments of retailers in today's economic climate need to better communicate and interact with customers in order to get them to part with their cash, says Relay Station Managing Director, Sharon Maslyn. Relay Station's new RelayReact text-to-voice communications tool allows them to do just that, and will also help them to build personalised relationships with their customers.
