Reply Snaps Up Triplesense for €3.4m

Business consultancy and systems integrator Reply has acquired Triplesense, a German firm specialising in mobile and social engagement, for €3.4m (£2.9m). Triplesense’s customers include BASF, Deutsche Bahn and Direct Line. The company generated revenues of €6.3m for the 12 months ended 31 December 2012.

“The increasingly pervasive dissemination of social media and mobile as channels of communication, information and interaction between people offers companies new opportunities for the use of these paradigms, both for internal as well as external use,” said Reply chairman, Mario Rizzante. “With Triplesense, we have brought to our Group extremely high-level skills, specialised in the use and implementation of these new communication strategies in the business and consumer world.

“Being able to count on a complete offering in the area of digital communication, in particular in the mobile and social field, undoubtedly represents a strategic contribution to the future development of our Group.To that end, the acquisition of Triplesense further strengthens our offer portfolio.”
