The number of retailers and FMCG/CPG executives signed up for the Mobile Retail Summit is now over 100, and the list includes some of the biggest names on the High Street.
Debenhams, Homebase, John Lewis, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Ted Baker, Oasis, Asda, Burberry, Interflora, Amazon, Shop Direct Group, Nokia Retail, Apple, Argos, Liberty London, Paperchase, Home Retail Group, New Look, The Post Office, Westfield, Fortnum & Mason, Comet, JuiceBox, Blackwell’s, The Body Shop, Coca-Cola, Wrangler and Unilever are among a star-studded line of companies due to attend as delegates. Debenhams will also present the keynote address, explaining how it created its mobile proposition, from concept to execution.
The event aims to educate retail executives on all aspects of mobile marketing. It is broken down into four distinct sections – On Device, Driving Footfall, In Store and finally The Future – which will look at the full range of ways in which retailers can take advantage of mobile phones, covering everything from QR codes to mCommerce. Delegates will hear from thought-leaders in each field, and from retailers, sharing their mobile experiences.
The conference is free for retailers and FMCG executives to attend, but if you want to attend, dont delay, as places are filling up fast. You can register online now here. For non-retailers, a delegate pass costs £595. Interactive Media in Retail Group (IMRG) members who are not from the retail community can take advantage of a 10 per cent discount to attend, sponsor or exhibit. Velti and Millennial Media are Gold Sponsors for the event; NetBiscuits and YOC are Silver Sponsors; and Venda and Tigerspike are Bronze Sponsors.
Alongside the conference, the exposition will feature exhibition stands for 20 mobile solutions vendors to showcase their expertise – companies including Golden Gekko, Venda, Velti and Global Bay have already signed up, but there are a few spaces still available.
