Retale Acquires Shopping List App Out of Milk

RetaleOut of Milk, a US provider of mobile-first shopping experiences, has acquired popular shopping list app Out of Milk to deliver on providing ‘mobile products and services that meet shoppers’ needs at every stage of the customer journey’. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Out of Milk is a tool, available on Android, that enables users to create, manage and share shopping lists. The app allows items to be added by typing, scanning barcodes, or voice recognition.

Conversely, Retale is part of the Bonial.com Group – an international network for location-based mobile advertising. Its app features deals, coupons and vouchers from a variety of stores in the US.
