ROK Entertainment Group and Claro, the Paraguayan mobile operator, have announced the launch of Web PPV, a streamed, live and on-demand multi-channel mobile TV subscription service.
Powered by ROK’s award-winning ROK TV video-streaming technology, Web PPV offers ESPN, Discovery Kids, MTV, National Geographic, Discovery, History, ESPN-X, A&E and Nickelodeon channels, streamed over 3G. Claro will offer the service on a monthly subscription priced at 40,700 PYG (approx. $8.50/£5.30 per month). 
“We are delighted to be working with Claro in Paraguay,” says ROK chairman, Jonathan Kendrick. “This represents another major milestone in our global roll-out of our revenue-generating mobile entertainment services.”
