Rovio announces Angry Birds Star Wars tie-in

Rovio has joined forces with Lucasfilm for its latest game, Angry Birds Star Wars.
Rather than Rovios previous flirtation with movie tie-ins, Angry Birds Rio, the app isnt intended to promote any particular film. Instead, it seems to be another attempt at launching a spin-off from the franchise, complete with a range of related merchandise. 
Angry Birds Star Wars will be arriving on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices from 8 November.
