Royal Mail launches ‘Send It Your Way’ influencer campaign

Royal Mail has launched a new influencer-led campaign, ‘Send It Your Way,’ in collaboration with SocialChain.

The initiative aims to promote Royal Mail’s Out of Home (OOH) parcel services, such as lockers, postboxes, and Collect+ stores, while showcasing how these services fit seamlessly into the busy lives of parent creators and small business owners.

The campaign is designed to encourage the use of Royal Mail’s convenient parcel solutions, particularly for e-commerce businesses with high return rates.

Influencers will highlight the accessibility and convenience of these services, positioning Royal Mail as an innovative and trusted choice for parcels.

The first phase of the ‘Send It Your Way’ activation focuses on TikTok, engaging marketplace creators, small businesses, and parent-run businesses. Insights from this phase will guide future campaigns and deepen Royal Mail’s understanding of its target audience.
