Rubberduck Powers O2 Ireland TV Service

Rubberduck Media Lab, which provides Mobile TV and video services for network operators and broadcasters worldwide, has launched a Mobile TV and video service for Telefnica O2 Ireland.
Under the terms of the agreement, Rubberduck Media Lab is providing a completely outsourced Mobile TV service to Telefnica O2 Ireland, including content acquisition and provision, as well as technical support and management.
The service, called O2 TV is available now for all O2 customers in Ireland, using a video-enabled handset such as most Sony Ericson, Samsung and Nokia mobile phones. O2 TV is available across the EDGE, 3G and HSDPA networks. Users can subscribe to two packages, one with Sky channels (including Sky Sports and Sky News) and an O2 Lifestyle pack of well-known channels such as RTE, BBC, CNN, Cartoon Network and Travel Channel.
The packages are available to both postpay and prepay customers. A 30-day pass for the Sky Sports and News pack costs 6 (5.30), while the same pass for the O2 Lifestyle pack costs 5. Theres also a 1, 24-hour pass for either package.
