Acquires Model Metrics

Cloud computing company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Model Metrics, a mobile and social cloud consulting services company.

Model Metrics was founded in 2003, with a focus on strategic app development and deployment, and has led some of the largest mobile and social cloud deployments. The transaction is expected to close in salesforce.coms fiscal fourth quarter.
