Samsung Offering Jay-Z Album 72 Hours Before Public Release

Samsung has signed a deal with Jay-Z to offer its users a free copy of the rappers twelth studio album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, three days before its official release.
The first 1m people to access the Magna Carta Holy Grail app on their Galaxy S3, S4, or Note 2 device from midnight (Eastern Time) on Thursday 4 July will be rewarded with a free download of the album. Its not yet clear whether the user will have to listen to these tracks within the app, but it looks as though they wont be able to share the tracks until after the public release date.
Samsung has been estimated to have paid $5m (£3.2m) for the deal, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The partnership was announced in the US with a three minute TV spot during an NBA final game.
