SessionCam Launches Mobile Site Usability Recording

ServiceTick has launched an optimisation tool that enables website owners to record and replay visits to their site from both smartphones and tablets.
Already available for desktop, SessionCam users can see how buttons are being used for swipe and zoom gestures on mobile, identify critical issues with usability and make changes that can improve conversion. The company says identifying issues in this way will reduce the time and cost site problem diagnosis.

SessionCam was created by Norwich-based customer insight company ServiceTick.
