Shopatron has released a whitepaper entitled: 10 Ways Online Will Change Life for Brands and Retailers in 2012.
The study looks at the future of retail, and concludes that there are no boundaries. Forward- looking brands and retailers are creating a new, universal shopping environment for consumers, giving the green light for their customers to shop across all channels. This includes buying online, in-store, buying online from in the store, and buying online then collecting from the store.
The whitepaper highlights 10 critical ways that “no boundaries” eCommerce will influence the way retailers will do business over the coming year, and cites Walmart and Apple as two prime examples of thought leaders who have implemented retail strategies that are dissolving boundaries.
