Google has created an enterprise app to help agencies demonstrate rich media advertising to brands, as well as showcase Google’s own Mobile Ads. The Mobile Ads Showcase is available from the Play store for agencies to use as their mobile portfolio by uploading MRAID-compliant ads to the ‘My Ads’ section.
The gallery also lets users demonstrate the kinds of functionality on offer with rich media, explores what selected, best-in-class advertisers are doing in mobile rich media, as well as showing what Google is doing in display ads. Google now creates rich display advertising, including video, interstitial and multi-panel banner ads, along with its traditional search offer.
The app was unveiled at a Creative Sandbox event in New York, which is a platform created by Google for advertisers to demonstrate best practice in rich media advertising.
