Sirqul and Anomaly Build Global App Ad Platform

Recently launched Sirqul, which provides off the shelf app engagement tools, has signed a deal with US marketing agency Anomaly to create a global ad platform offering hyper-local targeting, offers and payment solutions.

The companies say they are joining forces to offer brands and advertisers a scaleable app advertising platform, while creating a range of new native in-app experiences and offering campaign analytics tools.

Anomaly founder Jason DeLand said: “Mobile is creating continuous consumer connections that brands seek, and weve noticed an opportunity to amplify these connections through the combination of utility, commerce, social and location.

“All data points to a future driven by mobility and making an investment in mobile requires a strong partnership with a player that has DNA in the mobile industry and engagement space.”

Sirquls Engagement as a Service tools have also been used to power a similar mobile ad offering for Taiwanese telco Far EasTone.
