Mobile ad optimisation firm Smaato has launched its software development kit (SDK) for Windows Phone 7, adding to its inventory of SDKs for iOS, Android and Symbian, among others, over its SOMA platform.
The Windows Phone 7 SDK will grant developers a single connection to over 50 international ad networks, to serve display or text ads within applications and mobile websites on Windows Phone 7 handsets. According to Smaato, the new SDK is designed for ease of use, and can be used with the Silverlight app and Microsoft XNA projects, with integration completed in a couple of clicks. 
Smaato has also optimised its iSOMA SDK for iPhone and iPad to support iAd, in order to assist developers in improving their fill rate. All of the group’s SDKs can be downloaded here.
