Snaplytics Launches Competitor Analysis Solution for Snapchat

Snapchat marketing insights firm Snaplytics has launched competitor analysis tools, enabling brands to research and assess what others are doing on the messaging app, in order to make more strategic decisions.
The solution will enable companies to add any Snapchat account and observe the frequency with which that account posts Stories and Snaps. It will also show the duration of updates, how content is split between videos and images, and the overall amount of time people have spent engaging with their competitors’ posts.
The service provides a different range of analytics than the companys Brand Analytics product, which offers data – including open rates, completion rate and what screengrabs are taken – on the brand running the account.
