Social Marketing Firms Team Up

CRM company MePlease has announced a partnership with online community platform Get Satisfaction. The partnership has been made public ahead of a joint product launch at the forthcoming Dreamforce conference in San Francisco – August 20 to September 2.
The companies are set to launch Reach and Reward, which they say has integrated MePleases mobile social platform into Get Satisfactions platform.
Reach and Reward allows for opt-ins and sharing of brands through social media, and can track a customers social media journey so companies can identify brand champions, says the companies.
“Get Satisfaction is the market leader in giving brands the ability to respond to millions of customers on an individual basis using their community support tools,” says the companies in a statement. “Combining that product with the MePlease platform will seamlessly connect customers in real work locations, such as stores and restaurants, with Get Satisfaction content and communities.”
