Mobile software developer SPB Software developed a TV client for mobile phones that allows fans to watch Copa America matches on their handset.
The company has teamed up with mTraffic, the rights holder for the Latin American football championship to offer live broadcasting of Copa America games on Android, iPhone, and iPad devices.
As well as live games, the app also offers content such as goals, highlights, and footage from the tournament archive. The app allows for transmission in both English and Spanish. The tournament started on July 1 and runs until the final on July 24.
The app is priced at $2.99 (around £1.89) for Android and iOS. Its available throughout North and South America, Oceania, and a huge chunk of Europe – just not the UK. For a full list of countries and links to download the app, click here.
