SPB Software has announced the launch of its SPB TV solution for Samsung bada devices. SPB TV also works on Android, iPhone/iPad, Symbian, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry and WebOS smartphones, as well as feature phones. Last month, SPB TV reached the 2m user milestone.
The app includes a full-screen TV player with picture-in-picture mode; a TV browser with fast channel launching and switching; and an integrated TV Guide with a list of current and upcoming TV shows. 
SPB TV 2.0 is available for all smartphones running the bada OS. There’s more information here.
