Digital advertising marketplace Sublime has acquired Adledge, which provides solutions for ad fraud, viewability, and brand safety, as it looks to expand the services it offers to publishers and advertisers. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Adledge will remain legally independent, but will be incorporated into the Sublime Group, while all its employees move to Sublime’s Paris headquarters.
With the acquisition, Sublime will be able to offer advertising performance measurement capabilities. Furthermore, it will use Adledge’s algorithms to develop new algorithms based on ad quality and brand safety.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Adledge team to Sublime. We continuously aim to add value to our partners, publishers, and advertisers,” said Marc Rouanet, CEO & co-founder of Sublime. “Sublime will continue working with third party brand safety and measurement companies, but by integrating Adledge’s technology and know-how it will enable Sublime to provide a qualitative and differentiating offer. Adledge’s continuous efforts to raise industry standards make it the perfect addition to the Sublime Group, ensuring our future success as a leading digital branding platform.”
