SugarCRM appoints David Roberts as CEO

SugarCRM has named David Roberts as its new Chief Executive Officer.
This announcement coincides with the company’s celebration of two decades in the CRM sector.
Roberts takes over from Craig Charlton, who will now serve as Chairman of the Board. 
Roberts, who has extensive experience in the SaaS and technology sectors, will now lead Sugar’s global operations, focusing on expanding market presence, enhancing the product portfolio, and promoting the adoption of Sugar’s AI-driven solutions among mid-market businesses worldwide.
He joins from from Alchemer, where he served as CEO. Prior to this, he held executive positions as CEO of ReedGroup and as a Senior Partner at Accenture, with over two decades of experience in CRM.
