Swrve, a mobile marketing automation platform, has extended its platform to support digital media streaming platforms like Apple TV, Roku, Android TV, and Amazon Fire TV.
With the release, Swrve integrates a customer intention engine, a behavioural segmentation to reveal customer intent; a customer interaction engine, enabling marketers to deliver personalised cross-platform customer communications; and behavioural automation, making it possible to interact with every customer in context.
Swrve solutions for over-the-top (OTT) is currently in early access.
