Transaction processing company Syniverse has launched a mobile engagement suite aimed at helping companies securely engage with their customers and employees on mobile devices.
The suite is comprised of two solutions – Mobile Engagement for Customers and Mobile Engagement for Employees – designed to aid companies with customer acquisition and loyalty strategies through personalised, two-way communications on a mobile channel.
So far, 10 multinational brands have signed up with Syniverse to make use of the suite, including Swanbay.tv, who connect UK football clubs with international sports fans.
